SUMMARY:CNY Pagan Pride Day
DESCRIPTION:Central New York Pagan Pride Day (CNY PPD) is a celebration of Pagan and Earth-based spirituality. The event features a public midday ritual and a closing drum circle. There are speakers\, workshops\, and performances throughout the day\, over 80 vendors and readers\, and community tables for area covens and spiritual organizations. The entrance food and donation drive benefits the Food Bank of CNY. \nDetails will be added as they become available. \nCNY PPD was established in 2000 as part of the larger Pagan Pride Project. Church of the Greenwood has hosted the annual event since 2002 and has built the festival to be one of the largest in the northeastern United States. \nDebbie will be presenting Wild Community: Practices to cultivate connection with Earth’s biodiversity\, at this year’s CNY PPD.\nClimate and extinction crises threaten our beloved Earth community and\, ultimately\, us\, but there is hope to be found in care for nature inspired by Paganism.
