When my helping spirits gave me a message to “get loud,” I was not sure what they meant. Yoga, Reiki, and meditation are not loud practices. But I knew yoga could help strengthen our speaking up muscles, and the practice I planned was affirmed right before I recorded. Join me for an active yoga practice that gets loud.
