Podcast Ep 76: Looking Inward With Lizard

This episode offers a short yin-inspired yoga practice to look inward and connect with the energy of lizard. Focus on your third eye and light up your intuition.

Wildlife rehabilitation season is in full swing, and I am still without most of my income. The turtles and I need your support to make it through this season. Now is the time to sponsor this podcast on Patreon and contribute towards needed equipment and supplies for Dancing Turtle Rescue and Rehab, the wildlife rehabilitation clinic in a bus. Thank you for being awesome!

Podcast Ep 54: Learning to be Uncomfortable in Yin Yoga

There is power in being uncomfortable. Panther came out of Kim Kran’s The Wild Unknown Animal Spirit deck before I recorded this episode, which portends unexpected havoc. While it is uncomfortable, we cannot grow when we are stagnated. Learn to welcome the wild unholiness and discomfort of change with a Yin Yoga practice that asks you to sit with everything that comes up. You might want a folded blanket or cushion to support your hips in the seated poses.

I see your deep desire to change the world but understand it often feels more like dreaming than doing. You are ready to step up. Join me on Monday, January 27, 2020 at 7:30pm EST / 4:30pm PST for a free webinar. I’ll share the shifts I made to take impactful aligned action in both my business and wildlife advocacy, and how I choose an extraordinary life every day. Register here to get the webinar link.

Podcast Ep 11: Yin yoga practice to soothe the heart

This week I said a final goodbye to one of my dogs and experienced the death of a young deer the team at North Country Wild Care and I rescued too late. I recorded this episode with a heavy heart but allowed myself to be vulnerable and share. I sequenced a 30-minute soothing Yin Yoga practice to caress the heart and allow the emotional hurt to be there, held but not squashed down. A few folded blankets or cushions can add extra support during these poses.
